West Campus Co-Ed Volleyball League, September 19

We will have our very own West Campus Co-Ed Volleyball League on Friday nights beginning September 19. Cost is $30 per person. Childcare will be provided through 5th grade. Pick up a sign-up form in the Lobby!

DivorceCare For Kids

This is a 13-week group to help children heal from the hurt caused by the separation or divorce of their parents. At our weekly meetings, kids will learn how God’s love can strengthen them and help them turn tears to hope and joy. DivorceCare is for children ages 5 to 12. We will meet on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm at the Mid Rivers Campus beginning September 16. If you would like to sign up, contact the Church Office at 636.939.4343.

DivorceCare, September 16

We have a 13-week Support Group at the Mid Rivers Campus on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm beginning September 16. DivorceCare is a series of support groups and seminars conducted by people who understand what you are experiencing. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life. You will become part of a small group of people who are also experiencing separation and divorce. By interacting with these people you’ll learn there are others who understand what you are feeling and will be able to offer you encouragement. Dessert Theatre Makes It Easy, August 9 & 10

Invite family and friends who don’t normally attend church! They’ll enjoy a hilarious one-act play called “Field and Scream: The One That Got Away,” and then feast on the best desserts in St. Charles County! Tickets for this adults-only event are $7.50 and available on-line or at the table in the Lobby. It will be August 9 at 7:00 pm at West Campus and August 10 at 6:00 pm at Mid Rivers.

West Golf Scramble, August 17

We will be having an 18-hole golf scramble at Incline Village Golf Club on Sunday, August 17, beginning at
2:00 pm. Guys and gals are welcome to participate. Afterwards we will have a BBQ and enjoy great food and fellowship. Non-playing spouses can join us for the BBQ. The cost will be $35 per person and includes golf with cart, food, and prizes or $5 if coming just for the BBQ. Please call Greig Gladen at 636.939.4343, x1153 to sign up today.

Fantasy Football Leagues, August 24

We are putting together some Fantasy Football Leagues this fall at West to enjoy the football season and get to know some new people. Cost is $20 per team and $7 per person attending the Draft Night. Deadline to sign up is Sunday, August 24. We will have our Draft Night here at Calvary West on Wednesday, August 27, beginning at 6:30 pm. The draft usually lasts around 3 hours. If you are interested, pick up an information sheet in the Lobby.

Newcomer Class, August 24

You are invited to our Newcomer Class. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Calvary, hear about the various church ministries, meet our pastors, and get a tour of our building. Our next class will meet Sunday, August 24, at 9:00 am in Room 102. Hope to see you there!
